4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partner.
• Zenvyra.com is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Used products and sale items are non-returnable.
