You may request a return if:
β The product is damaged during delivery
β You received the wrong item
β The product has a manufacturing defect
π Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
π Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

β’ Items without original packaging
β’ Clearance / Sale items

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process damage claims.

Once approved:
β’ Refund will be processed within 5β7 business days
β’ Amount will be credited to the original payment method
For COD orders:
Refund will be processed via Bank Transfer / UPI
π Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchange only for:
β Damaged products
β Wrong item delivered
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
π Order Cancellation
β’ Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
β’ Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

To maintain fast service & fair pricing:
Repeated fake or refused COD orders may result in future prepaid-only orders.
